Your next step.
Made clear.
Answers about choosing a series, checking specifications, ordering and after-sales support. For disassembly, installation or help with original wheel documentation, consult a local professional bike shop or mechanic.
How do I choose between TEMPO, STORM and RACE?
TEMPO focuses on consistent everyday rotation. STORM focuses on protection in damp conditions, wet rides and environments with a risk of corrosion. RACE focuses on low drag and racing. Performance depends on use and maintenance conditions.
Does RACE hybrid ceramic always mean more speed or fewer watts?
RACE is our hybrid ceramic series configured for low drag and racing. ARVEN does not claim a fixed watt saving for every bicycle or riding environment without its own testing under specified conditions.
How can I find a bearing using its marking or dimensions?
Use the bearing marking, or its inner diameter, outer diameter and width, to identify the bearing specification. Then select a replacement according to the wheel or hub manufacturer's specifications. If those details are unavailable or unclear, consult a local professional bike shop or mechanic.
What else should I check when replacing wheel or hub bearings?
Alongside bearing dimensions, check the original wheel or hub documentation for bearing quantity, installation position and arrangement. For a DIY replacement, consult the original specifications first. For inspection or installation assistance, contact a professional shop or mechanic familiar with your wheels.
Can individual riders order a single bearing?
Yes. Website prices are the recommended retail price per bearing. ARVEN will provide a formal quotation after confirming quantity, stock, shipping, taxes and lead time.
What does the 10 PCS minimum mean for professional customers?
For bike shops, wheel builders and dealers, replenishment enquiries generally start at 10 PCS of the same model and material. Different specifications or materials cannot be combined to meet this minimum.
How often should bearings be inspected or serviced?
For general use, consider a professional bike shop inspection approximately every six months. Shorten the interval if you frequently ride in rain or encounter standing water, salt or grit. Avoid directing high-pressure water at the bearing area. Warranty claims are assessed according to the product's condition and the cause of the problem.
How do I make a limited warranty claim?
For products purchased from a bike shop or dealer, contact the original selling shop first. They can assess the issue and contact ARVEN if needed. For products purchased directly through the ARVEN website, provide ARVEN with your order details, photos of the product and installation location, and a description of the problem.
